My holistic journey started a decade ago, after being diagnosis with a rare autoimmune condition changed the course of my life. For years, I navigated a system of specialists and prescriptions, eventually finding myself on 13 different medications and biweekly IV treatments. Despite the steroids, immune suppressants, and heavy narcotics, my symptoms of chronic pain, inflammation, fatigue, and depression just to name a few remained uncontrolled. When my doctor advised me to simply accept this quality of life, I knew I had to find a different path. I refused to believe that synthetic drugs were my only future, so I began a deep dive into holistic living. This personal mission led me to formally study Holistic Integrative Health, Chinese Herbalism, Reiki Energy Healing and Medical Cannabis. Through the intentional integration of herbal medicine, targeted nutrition, meditation, and movement, I achieved what once felt impossible: I successfully tapered off nearly all my prescriptions. Today, I rely on only one medication to manage my condition while feeling more vibrant & healthier than ever. I founded Springs of Serenity Healing because I believe these powerful, natural tools should be accessible to everyone, not guarded or gate-kept. Navigating Mother Earth’s pharmacy can be overwhelming, which is why I’ve designed my company to simplify your wellness journey.  Offering Personal Herbal Consultations, Group & Solo Hands on WorkShops, and our Online Store where you will find all my personal recommended herbal blends. As well as collaborating with dietitians, fitness trainers, and other Holistic Reiki experts, we provide a comprehensive approach to healing that honors the whole person. My long-held dream of bringing this vision to Colorado is finally becoming a reality. We are actively seeking the perfect home in the Colorado Springs area to establish a sanctuary for our community.
